.001 The Short Version
If you fill in the form on our contact page, what you typed is emailed to us so we can reply. We use aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used — in the United States Google Analytics counts visits unless you turn it off; everywhere else nothing loads unless you turn it on. We don’t sell anything to anyone, and we don’t run advertising trackers.
.002 Who We Are
High Roads M&G 1337 LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates highroads.io. You can reach us at hello@highroads.io about anything on this page.
.003 What The Form Collects
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, company, which services you’re interested in, a budget range, a timeline, and a short description of what you’re trying to move. All of it is optional in the sense that you can simply email us instead.
Alongside what you type, we record the time of submission, the page you submitted from, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use those to spot automated submissions and to understand which pages produce real conversations. We do not store your IP address with your inquiry; it is held briefly in memory to stop repeated automated submissions, then discarded.
.004 Where It Goes
- Our inbox. Your inquiry is emailed to hello@highroads.io through Resend, an email delivery service, so a person can read it and reply to you directly.
- Our host. The site runs on Vercel. Each submission is also written to the site’s server logs there, so an inquiry is never lost if an email fails to send.
We don’t keep inquiries in a database or a CRM. We don’t sell personal data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question. If we ever want to send you something you didn’t ask for, we’ll ask first.
.006 How Long We Keep Things
Inquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is plausibly live, and are then deleted. Server log entries are kept by our host for a limited period under its own retention rules and then removed automatically.
.007 Your Rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@highroads.io and we’ll do it — we don’t require a form, and we won’t make it difficult. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
.008 Changes
If this page changes materially we’ll update the date at the top. We won’t make a change that retroactively affects data you’ve already given us without telling you.
