Design Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the rights to final design assets we create for you (e.g., logos, websites, branding).
Software, Code & Integrations: High Roads retains ownership of proprietary software, code, and frameworks developed internally. Clients receive a license to use these within their engagement.
Portfolio Use: We may display completed work, brands, and project outcomes in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.
Proposals and scopes of work describe deliverables and timelines.
Retainer agreements define expectations, availability, and general work coverage.
Engagement begins when both parties agree in writing (e.g., signature, email confirmation, or digital acceptance).
Payment schedules and terms are defined in individual agreements, proposals, or invoices.
Deposits may apply to project-based work.
Late or missed payments may result in paused services or termination of the agreement.
Retainers continue until canceled or modified with written notice, unless otherwise specified.
Clients agree to:
Provide timely access to accounts, content, and feedback.
Maintain active budgets, accounts, and licenses for any third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, advertising, analytics).
Acknowledge that marketing, advertising, or campaign results cannot be guaranteed.
SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from High Roads Marketing & Growth. These may include customer care-related and one-on-one communications, service updates, and occasional promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We may share your phone number, opt-in/consent status, and related messaging data with platform providers, phone companies/carriers, and other vendors solely to deliver messages and maintain legal/compliance requirements. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, strikes, or emergencies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Roads, its affiliates, and team members against claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
