.01 — Overview

Welcome to HighRoads.io. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including Google Ads management, web design, Zoho solutions, and marketing services.

.02 — Services

We provide professional services for businesses, including but not limited to:

Google Ads management
Website design and development
Marketing strategy and implementation
Zoho CRM implementation and management

All deliverables are subject to approval and timelines as outlined in client agreements.

.03 — Retainers and Payments

Retainer agreements are billed monthly and require payment before services are rendered.
Projects outside retainer agreements will be invoiced separately.
Payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

.04 — Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, and other deliverables provided by HighRoads.io remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Once paid, the client has the right to use deliverables for their business purposes.

.05 — File Management

Files will be stored for six (6) months post-project completion unless part of a managed hosting or backup service.
Website hosting and backup services are subject to separate agreements.

.06 — Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once rendered. For retainer-based services, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance.

.07 — Limitation of Liability

HighRoads.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

.08 — Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

.09 —Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Texas.
